Shipping Information

To ensure you will be a satisfied customer we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. All items ordered before 12:00 pm EST will at the latest be shipped the following business day. All items ordered after 12:00 pm EST will at the latest be shipped within two business days. These are the worst case scenarios. Under the best case scenario, your order may ship the same day.

Orders from Copag USA are shipped centrally within the United States from Indianapolis, IN. Our central location ensures that your package should arrive to you quickly no matter where you live within the United States.

The contents of your order determine how your Copag order will be shipped. All orders of 1-4 sets of Copag Cards will be shipped through the US Post Office. The service that will be used for orders consisting of 1-4 sets is priority mail. US postal service priority mail has a 2-3 day delivery time within the United States. However, this delivery time is not guaranteed by the US Post Office and should only be viewed as a general guide on how long items take to be delivered.

Orders that consist of more than 4 sets of plastic playing cards will be shipped by DHL or UPS Ground service. The estimated shipping times for these services range from 1 day to 5 days depending on your location within the United States.

We currently offer an attractive flat rate for shipping and handling of $4.99 per order. No matter how many sets you order from Copag USA your shipping charge will always be $4.99.
